1. Who is responsible

2. Which data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed) and your language.

  • Order data: products, amounts, payment status, invoice and delivery addresses, delivery and return information.

  • Newsletter: your email address and the consent you gave.

  • Reviews: the review you write and your display name.

  • Loyalty and referral: your points balance and the points history, and the referral code that brought you to us.

  • Contact: the messages you send us.

  • Technical data: the cookies described on our cookie page and the data needed to keep the website secure.

3. Why we use it and on which basis

  • To handle your order, payment, delivery and returns: performance of the contract.

  • To meet tax and bookkeeping duties: legal obligation.

  • To keep the shop secure and prevent fraud: legitimate interest.

  • To send the newsletter and use analytics or marketing cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

  • To answer your questions and run the loyalty programme: performance of the contract or legitimate interest.

4. Who receives your data

We share data only with parties that need it, by role:

  • the payment provider, to process your payment;

  • the carrier and the shipping label service, to deliver your parcel;

  • the email provider, to send order and service emails;

  • the newsletter provider, only if you subscribed;

  • analytics, only after you gave consent.

We have agreements with these processors where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep data

We keep data no longer than needed for the purposes above. Order and invoice data is kept as long as the law requires for bookkeeping.

6. Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, and you may object to processing. In your account you can download your data and delete your account yourself. You may also contact us at [email protected]. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

7. Complaints

If you think we handle your data wrongly, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
