1. Who we are

These terms apply to every offer and order on mr-clouds.com.

2. Products and prices

We sell disposable vapes and related products. We describe our products as accurately as we can. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you place your order.

3. Ordering and contract

You order by following the steps in the checkout and accepting these terms. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong, and we then refund any payment you made.

4. Payment

You pay online with one of the payment methods offered in the checkout. Your order is processed once the payment has been confirmed by our payment provider.

5. Delivery

We deliver as described on our delivery page. Delivery times are an indication unless we have explicitly guaranteed them.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you may have a right to withdraw from your purchase. The conditions are on our returns and withdrawal page.

7. Liability

We are liable for damage according to the law. We are not liable for damage caused by use of a product that does not follow the instructions and warnings on the product or packaging.

8. Complaints

If you are not satisfied, contact us at [email protected]. We aim to reply within a reasonable time and will try to find a solution together with you.

9. Applicable law and disputes

Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain applicable. Disputes are brought before the competent court.
