Where we deliver

We deliver to: Netherlands, Belgium.

Carriers and pick-up points

We send your order with a parcel carrier to your home address, or to a pick-up point near you if you choose that in the checkout. You receive a track and trace link by email once your order has been shipped.

Costs

Delivery is free from an order amount of €30.00. Below that amount, the delivery costs shown in the checkout apply. All amounts include VAT.

Delivery times

The expected delivery time is shown in the checkout. It is an indication, unless we have explicitly guaranteed a delivery date.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel is damaged, check the contents and contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible, with photos if you can. If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after the expected date, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.

Risk

For consumers the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you or a person you named has received the products.
